Pricing
Most agencies quote a price only after you send your documents. With us, the starting price is known upfront.
This is the price for one document — a simple apostille without translation. The final amount depends on the document type, the destination country's requirements, and whether a translation is needed.
What affects the price
These are the official fees charged by the authorities for the procedure itself — separate from our service fee. We show them here so you understand what makes up the final amount.
These are government fees — separate from our service. Plus the destination country's consular fee for super-legalisation: set by the consulate itself, we confirm it during the consultation

What is an apostille and when is it needed?
An apostille is a simplified form of legalisation for using a document abroad, established by the 1961 Hague Convention. It confirms the authenticity of the signature and seal on the document and is accepted in more than 120 countries without further procedures.
Apostille or super-legalisation — what's the difference?
If the destination country is a party to the Hague Convention, a single apostille stamp is enough. If not, super-legalisation is required: the document is verified in sequence by a Czech authority, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the embassy or consulate of the destination country. It takes longer and costs more, but without this chain the document won't be accepted.
Which documents are most often apostilled
Birth, marriage and death certificates, diplomas and education certificates, powers of attorney and notarial deeds, commercial register extracts and company incorporation documents, court rulings and criminal record certificates.
Why choose Consult24
We determine ourselves which of the three authorities issues the apostille for your document, and we file it in person — no queues or running between offices for you. We speak Russian, Ukrainian and Czech, provide sworn translation with the same team, and show the starting price right on the website — not only after you've written to us.

Consult 24 Global s.r.o. is a private company providing consulting and legal services. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any authority of the Czech Republic. Apostilles and legalisation are issued exclusively by state authorities — the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber of the Czech Republic. We prepare documents, file them with the right authority and represent your interests during filing. The final decision to accept a legalised document in the destination country rests with that country's authorities, and we cannot influence it.
