Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

We do not request or process special categories of personal data through the forms on this website. Documents you bring for apostille or legalisation are handed over in person at the office and are not uploaded through the website.
3. Why we use the data
- to contact you and respond to your enquiry;
- to prepare a service proposal and provide a consultation;
- to protect the website from automated and spam submissions;
- to understand which advertising channels work and to improve the website.
4. How long we keep the data
Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years from the date of the enquiry — a reasonable period for correspondence, confirming terms and protection against possible claims. If a contract is concluded between us, documents are kept for the periods set by Czech accounting and tax legislation. Analytics data is kept for the periods set by the respective services.
5. Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. Access to it may be given to:
- our staff handling your enquiry;
- the hosting provider whose servers host the website and the enquiry database;
- the provider of email notifications about new enquiries;
- Telegram Messenger — when delivering an internal notification about a new enquiry;
- Google Ireland Limited — when using Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics and Google Ads (only with your cookie consent);
- public authorities — where required by law.
6. Cookies
Necessary technical cookies keep the website working and remember your choice in the consent banner — they are used without consent because the website cannot function without them.
Analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you click “Accept all”. Until then, Google Consent Mode blocks data transfer to advertising and analytics services. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.
The website is protected by Google reCAPTCHA; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Google.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

8. Security
Data transmission from the website is protected by TLS encryption. Access to the enquiry database is restricted and password-protected; administrator sessions are time-limited. Forms are protected against automated submissions.
